Australian chef and long time friend to Jamie Oliver, Tobie Puttock has been running Oliver’s Melbourne Fifteen branch since it opened in 2006.
Alongside that he keeps busy as a popular contributor to Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube, a YouTube channel with over a million subscribers. He also travels around Australia presenting cooking demonstrations and is working on a new range of ready-to-eat meals.
Puttock is also the author of Italian Local, Daily Italian and Cook Like An Italian. But his latest cookbook The Chef Gets Healthy is co-authored by his wife Georgia, and features easy, fuss-free, and most importantly healthy recipes.
